A passionate professional Indian classical dance specialized in Kathak. My educational journey has taken me through the realms of food technology and biotechnology, culminating in a B.Tech degree. However, my heart has always been inclined towards the world of design. Whether it's transforming scientific concepts into tangible models or sketching during lectures, I've consistently sought avenues for creative expression.

Despite fulfilling the demands of motherhood, I returned to my true passion: design. Enrolling at DesignLab reignited my enthusiasm for exploring new ideas and meeting new people. My curiosity and commitment to lifelong learning have led me to UI/UX design, where I am confident I can make a significant impact.

Life has a way of charting its course, and while some may advocate for starting one's career early, my journey took a different trajectory.
Eight years ago, I transitioned from India to the United States, armed with a bachelor's degree. However, due to some constraints, I was compelled to put my professional pursuits on hold and focus on being a homemaker. During this period, I ventured into various artistic endeavors, firmly establishing my commitment to the world of creativity. Now, brimming with enthusiasm and newfound experiences, I am eager to embark on a career in the captivating field of UI/UX design.

Drawing parallels between my two worlds of dance instruction and design, I have sharpened my ability to be empathetic and establish emotional connections with my students. I firmly believe that this quality equips me with a unique perspective to comprehend user needs and emotions, enabling me to create user-centric and emotionally resonant design solutions.
